10 days Certificated course of Thai massage, morning yoga class in Nepal

• When? 6-  15 March 2017

• Where? Katmandu

• For who? for professional massage therapist; who is going to be massage therapist; for everyone who is interested in to develop in this direction; for yoga teacher for develop of knowledge... 

• Duration of tour: 10 days/ 9 nights (Attention! First day  is day of arrival. Check in  is available after 14 p.m. ; Last day is day of departure, we should check out untill 11 a.m; First and last day is free time, without training.) 

• Duration of studing: 8 days

• Shedule: morning yoga class 1,5 hour:   pranayamas
                                                      dynamic and static asanas
                                                      shavasana  

•                   Thai massage  about 5 hour:    theory
                                                             lesson
                                                             demonstration
                                                             practice
                                                             2 examinations during the course​

• Accommodation: Tibet Guest House , Nepal, Katmandu, Thamel. 
  Thamel is the most popular tourist place. There are many shopping place, cafe, night life music bar, souvenir shop... Hotel is in central of Thamel but in calm street. Take a taxi from aeroport to Tibet Guest House. It cost about 4-5$. 

• Course:  (look here)  Upon completion, you will have a substantial foundation of the major positions of Thai massage and can expect to perform a comprehensive, about 4 hours Thai massage. You will gain an internationally recognized diploma after successful completion of the 60 hours course and practical exam. You should reserve course minimum 2 weeks before begining because certificate should be order from Thailand.   In case you reserve course with delay, certificate will arrival to Nepal after course or we can posrt certificate in your personal adress.
