Luxurious two-storey villa, designed by renowned Dutch architect Osiris Hertman. The perfect place to enjoy Bali while staying in a typical area only 15 mn from the center of Seminyak or from the beach.
Light-filtering gaps have been incorporated in various areas, where even entire trees now flourish. One unique aspect is the logo in the abstracted shape of a tree, which was designed especially for the villa. It was made in relief, and is visible throughout; in the posts around the bed, the pillars in the patio, the handles of the shutters, and even on the silver key ring for the front door.
This villa is 300 sqm and has been designed and built by Osiris Hertman, the renowned Dutch architect. It has a lot of natural light coming from the large windows surrounding the rooms.
From almost every room, you can enjoy a beautiful view onto the beautiful lush green rice field. Every bedroom comes along with ensuite bathroom, aircon and TV.
The living area is a huge open-space with high volumes, featuring an amazing sofa facing a large-screen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a 8-seat table.
At the ground floor, two ensuite bedrooms with stunning bathrooms offer a great comfort.
The first floor features two ensuite bedrooms with a beautiful view on the rice fields.
You will access to the pool and garden by a path on a pond. You will enjoy two large chill-out areas, either at the bale or the sofa.
We are committed to arrange any transportation, tours, massages, scooter and car rental.
Umalas area is 5 mn far, Seminyak is 15 mn, Canggu Club and surf spots 15mn, Nirwana Golf course 25 mn, airport 45 mn.

AIR CONDITIONING
The remote control is on your beside table. Please ensure you turn off when you leave the room.

Continental breakfast is included in your stay. Please tell the staff the day before when you want to have it. It will be served in the kitchen/dining area.

CHECK OUT
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11.00am on your day of departure. Additional charges will be incurred for late checkouts.

HOUSEKEEPING
Nyoman will take care of your housekeeping. She works 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. Your room will be serviced daily and your towels replaced as necessary. Your linen will be changed every four days or if you wish to help our environment and go a little longer just let our staff know.

You are welcome to threat the kitchen as yours. Please feel free to prepare meals, snack or store food.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Nyoman will take care of the bed linen.
For your personal belongings, you can put them in the basket in every bathroom and the staff will bring them to the laundry. Please specify if you need extra service (spotting, same day delivery).

Your room is equipped with an electronic mosquito zapper for your sleeping pleasure.

POOL TOWELS
You have been provided with a pool towel in your room for the duration of your stay. Please ensure all pool towels remain at Embrace Villa and are not used for day trips.

Satellite television provides a variety of international and national television shows including movie and international news channels for your viewing pleasure. TV is available in every room and at the living area.

A security man is located at the entrance of the complex, 24/24, 7/7.

Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Please take care of ashes and cigarette butts.

They speak basic English. If you are happy with them, kindly give them a tip at the end of the stay. We recommend leaving IDR 100,000 tip per guest (which is USD 7.5).
