My name is Alesia.

I am an international teacher of Thai massage, I represent ITM school (International training massage school in Thailand, Chiang Mai) ;

MASSAGE THERAPIST and have expertise in: Thai massage, Reflexology foot massage, Lanna stretching massage, Hot herbal compress massage, Sport massage, Deep tissue massage...

INSTRUCTOR OF YOGA: perform hatha yoga class and personal yoga class since 2010 untill now ;

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AND GYM. Work experience since 2009 untill now;

PRACTICIAN OF VIPASSANA MEDITATION, TRAVELER;

PROFESSIONAL SPORTSWOMAN IN PAST: gymnastics, athletics;

My way was begun with professional sport. Since seven age I went in for gymnastics. When I was eleven I passed in athletics. I would like to develop in this direction. So after about 9 years sport experience, when I was seventeen, I became a fitness instructor and gym. In the same time I practised yoga.

I started to travel to Asia . Travelling widens my horizons, broadens my perspective and enriches my life in the most exciting ways. I was looking for myself. I was interested in many religions. I met a lot of interesting people, practise yoga, meditation, other spiritual practice there.

Soon I began to perform yoga class. In personal yoga class I bring elements of exercise from Thai massage. I was deep-focused on knowledge of ancient techniques of Thai massage. Later I studied Thai massage and other kind of massage in Thailand. After any time I became to be teacher of Thai massage. Now I can perform certificated training in the world ( I am accredited by the Ministry of Education and Public Health in Thailand for the right to teach and certify worldwide*).

I'm a curious person. I graduated University of International Relations too.
